Estimating of Photovoltaic Energy Saving Potential and Investment Energy Value in Malaysia based on GIS Technology

Abstract Creating environmentally friendly energy schemes that are sustainable is critical as a solution to the economic, ecological, and societal influences related sector. It should be noted buildings utilize up forty percent of global consumption. Furthermore, by 2030, it anticipated reach fifty percent. As result, world faces significant dilemma in overcoming such worldwide generation issues. Concerning primary consumption, Malaysia among Asia’s largest consumers. Malaysia’s immediate use 2018 was 3.79 quadrillion Btu, growing at 4.58% annualized rate. This article thoroughly reviewed past studies usage, particularly Malaysia, how geographical information system (GIS) methodologies were employed for spatial evaluation efficacy. Undoubtedly, effective strategies policy, they can developed through application variety methods conservation building structures. The findings this study indicate some GIS methods, machine learning, deep learning multiple criteria decision analysis, mainly calculating researching renewable sources, analyzing solar radiation. results also show fuzzy_AHP fuzzy_DS techniques have higher capability reliability identifying most suitable sites photovoltaic (PV) farms. Due 3D model exportable software tools technique, models deemed efficient assist with various tasks, including access sunlight built structures environments urban areas, growth prediction models, habitability public spaces analysis.
